There is no doubt that Mulholland Drive was a very strange movie. As soon as I finished watching it the first time, I was so confused that I watched it a second time. I don’t think Lynch was trying to pull our legs, but I do think he was taking a big risk with that movie. After watching it twice, I’ve come to the conclusion that the movie is not supposed to make sense. It is supposed to keep us confused and on the edge of our seats. Sources: It is my opinion.
