Was Coca Cola green?

0

At no time was coca-cola green. At one point it was sold in green glass bottles which may have something to do with the misconception. Another likely reason is that coca-cola were the company faous for making santa traditionally wear red clothing. Originally, Santa Claus dressed in green clothes as Santa Claus was made up (sorry if i ruined the magic for anyone) by the Irish and was said to have worn wear green clothes but when coca-cola first started featuring St. Nicholas (Santa Claus) in there magazine advertisements in 1931, they changed the santa suit to red to match there traditonal colour scheme and from then on in Santa Claus has been red. This may have something to do with the common misconception that Coca-Cola was at one point a green coloured beverage.
