Was Aa Dekhe Zara made the scapegoat?
Mumbai: Even before the producers/distributors’ strike begins on April 4, their deadlock against multiplexes took a new turn with the release of Aa Dekhe Zara this Friday in single theatres only. Multiplex owners refused to release the Eros-produced film due to a profit-sharing dispute of twoother Eros films — Kambakkht Ishq and Love Aaj Kal — scheduled to release later this year. Although ads in print announced ADZ releasing all over on Friday, they were changed to those saying that the film is ‘showing in single screens only’ yesterday.
