A defective electronic organizer will be replaced with the same or comparable reconditioned model (at TI’s option) when it is returned, postage prepaid, to a Texas Instruments Service Facility. Texas Instruments cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage during incoming shipment. For your protection, carefully package the electronic organizer for shipment and insure it with the carrier. Be sure to enclose the following: &#149 your full return address &#149 a daytime phone number &#149 a note describing the problem you experienced &#149 a copy of the sales receipt or other proof of purchase to determine warranty status Please ship the organizer postage prepaid; C.O.D. shipments cannot be accepted.
