Second, as stated in the warranty, we will extend our foam roof warranty for 5 YEARS after we tune-up our roof. Third, and perhaps the biggest difference, is the fee that we charge. We are charging 10% of the original cost of the roof, NOT 33%, the usual cost of an upgrade. And unlike some Santa Fe roofers, we tell you, up front, what our roof maintenance fees are. Furthermore, your roof needs to be inspected regularly, followed by recommended maintenance. Roof maintenance work is NOT part of a roof warranty.
