Voting Question: How to install VPN server on a Windows machine?

0

I would like to use my home IP address from abroad. I would know how to set a VPN server on my home machine to route my traffic. So that other internet users and servers would look as if I were still home I’ve used OPENVPN as a client but I dont know how to use it to setup a possess server, the FAQ on it looks very difficult and complicated. Are there any easy solutions or program for this? Thanks for the answer. Home connection being non-symmetrical is not a problem – I don’t need that much bandwitdth anyway. Regarding ports I would run the VPN in a sub-machine of mine in a VMWare client. This would mean even if that computer got compromised my main machine would be safe, and it would also mean I could restart the VMware computer easily if there were any problems. Surfbouncer doesn’t have servers in my country either. I already have one VPN which works but a) it’s not from home country b) I would prefer a dynamic IP.
