Voting Question: Handling Registration Book as a used car Dealer?

If I am a car dealer, when buying a car, I don’t need to put my name on the Registration book as a new owner, since I need to resell the car. What paper work will I give to the seller, since I will not be filing the Registration Book as a new owner. I assume I will get the full registration book not completed since the car will be not yet sold to the final owner.
