Voting Question: Free Forum Creation Site?

I’ve used ProBoards, Invision/Zetaboards, phpBB and a few others. I like ProBoards because customizing the look of the forum is easy. At Zetaboards it isn’t as easy, not to mention it is a little complex for what I want to do. phpBB is overly complex for my tastes. Are there others out there? I can’t do SMF or vBulletin because I don’t have a server that I can use, and I don’t want to pay for using a cloud server to host. When I say it is overly complex, I mean the Admin tools are overwhelming. As for customizing, there’s too much to think about when creating a theme. This is one of the things that some sites (like ProBoards) do not have- customizing is easy, and the Admin tools are simple. But, I am looking for something different.
