Voting Question: “CARFAX REPORT” GOT ME WRONG?
Hi everyone, please help me out with this, because I really don’t know what to do. I bought an used card about 14 months ago from a car dealers with the CarFax Report that shows the car is Clean Title. I tried to sell my car last week, and the buyer went to CarFax and get the new update report for my car, the report shows my card is Damage title, and the Accident is by the 2nd owner(me) two week after I bought this car.I just found out this few days ago… I live in Oregon but the accident is in CA, and I have not been in CA at all this year. I tried to talk the dealers, they told me they need something to proof that accident is not by me, so I went to DMV and asked for help, but they told me they only have the information for driver on the system not the car. They gave me an reoprt to show that I didn’t got in the car accident at that time, and I showed the report to the dealers, but the dealer told me it doesn’t mean I didn’t let other people borrow my car to CA at that time… So I
