Voting Question: Can parasites and worms be transmitted from human mothers to baby through breast milk?

I am returning to Guatemala with my infant who will be almost 6 months old. I am very aware that I may get worms and parasitic infections again as I have spent some time there. While I know medications I take to treat these infections may pass through the milk and I may have to stop nursing during treatment, I am wondering about him contracting worms from me if I get them. He will only be drinking from me and eating baby food from a jar. I will be there over this whole summer. Thanks in advanced for answers, it’s hard finding the answers pertaining to humans and good health care is hard to find down there.
