Voting Question: can a car dealer problem with getting promise warranty is ground for cancel car contract?
Bear with this story before answering, I brought a used car at a Honda dealer a 82 Landrover Freelander, Anyway I had the car a month and when first brought it had problem that the Honda dealer took care of but really did not but when I brought the car I purchased a used car warranty for 2 years. Anyway the car had the same problem and they told me to take it to the Rover place because it is under warranty. I took the car to the rover place and they call to get the warranty coverage and the dealer never sent it in. Anyway the dealer sent it in while my car was in the shop and the warranty place saids it does not cover warranty for Landrover. Anyway the dealer found a contract but it will be with Honda but it only will cover one year not two like I signed. The problem is that if I do not take this coverage then they pay the money I spent for the warrant to the finance company and that is that. I have no coverage and my car do not get fixed or my rental car does not get paid for My quest
