Voting Question: Boyfriend with many close female friends?
My boyfriend and I have been dating for 3 months, and he’s been great to me. He loves me and cares about me, and very kind. But there’s one thing that bothers me. He has MANY female friends. 90% of his friends are girls. Don’t get me wrong, he is far from a player. He’s just not interested in what most guys talk about. (sports, getting laid, etc) On facebook, he likes and comments on other girls’ profile pictures on a daily basis, saying things like “cute!” and “*hugs*” But when I upload a profile picture or other pictures of myself, he rarely comments and likes them. It really hurts. I talked to him about it, and he said he’s only interested in me, and only sees them as friends and would never love them the way he loves me. But it really bothers me when he talks about a friend(s), he refers to her/them as “my close female friend”, when it isn’t really necessary to mention their gender.
