Vonage customers:Is Vonage a good phone company?
I have Vonage and am very pleased with both the service and the price. I did alot of research before I decided to take the plunge. If you already pay for high speed internet, I would suggest you switch to Vonage (or another VOIP service). The downside is that you have no phone if there is a power or internet outage. But nowadays everyone seems to have a cell phone, so that shouldn’t be a problem. There are loads of features that come with the package. My favourites are: *included long distance *my voice mail gets sent to my email address *online call logs *my phone number goes with me if I move — no fees for set up or disconnection *Caller ID *Call Forwarding *a whole bunch of other stuff that I haven’t tried using yet I have Vonage and a Magic Jack — my phone bill could not possibly be any lower!
