No–> Correct power supply according to wiring diagram. Yes–> Continue “Connect voltmeter (M 01) between ground and wire (2) on disconnected control unit plug. Turn on ignition. Voltmeter should display operating voltage* for control unit. Voltmeter should display approx. 0 volt. Selector lever shitch pressed in ‘off’ direction – voltmeter should display approx. 0 volt.
