VOICE PRODUCTION vs. MOH: Whats the difference?

0

Voice Production is to record narration or a series of voice prompts for IVR, Voice Mail, and Auto Attendant applications. It should also be used for voice over recordings that include audio for your website, Flash presentation, and a variety of miscellaneous applications. MOH or Message-On-Hold is specific to the audio program telephone callers hear when they’re ON HOLD. It consists of a series of messages with instrumental music underneath and in between the messages. The MOH Department should not be used for Voice Production or visa versa.
