Vlingo does not understand the contact names from my address book. Why?
• Vlingo automatically keeps itself in sync with the contacts in your address book. You should not have to do anything. It happens automatically behind the scenes, during both the initial setup process and afterwards whenever you make a change to your address book. Vlingo completes these updates in just a few minutes. When you make a change to your address book, Vlingo will pick it up automatically within a few minutes. You don’t need to do anything to make this happen. If you get the ‘No Match’ message, it is because there is not a close enough match between the text currently in the text box, and the spelling of your intended contact. If Vlingo misrecognizes a name or any other word, you should type in the correction, and Vlingo will begin to learn it. If you hover the cursor over the misrecognized name or other word, the correct name may show up in a list of alternatives.
