Probably this is because of the narrow bandwidth of your or the visitor’s network connection. Try to reduce the Image Quality and Publishing Frame Rate in the Internet Settings dialog box. Question: Visitors of my Web page see the Off Line notification.Answer: If your Active WebCam is online and you have typed the right Internet address to the browser, it may be that your service provider’s firewall doesn’t allow access to any server programs running on the port you have specified in the Publishing Method tab.
