Try using Malwarebytes – It’s free and the current recommendation on Answers from most people. If it’s any form of malware, MB will get rid of it. If it’s not, just hide it – right-click a blank area on wherever it appears – I’m assuming the taskbar or your browser toolbar – point to toolbars, and uncheck the “ask toolbar” option. You might have to do that before you can uninstall it anyway. I also recommend you find its folder in your program files directory and highlight it, then press shift+delete. Say yes, but only if you’re absolutely sure you’ve got the right folder, because this method bypasses the Recycle Bin. If you still can’t remove it, back up your files and reinstall Windows. This will wipe your hard drive. Better yet, switch to Linux.
