Also counter-clockwise (if, by above, you mean above the north pole). This is the “normal” direction of orbits (and rotation) in the Solar system. This direction is called “prograde” and its opposite is called retrograde. All planets orbit in prograde direction. Most everything does. Some comets and asteroids orbit in retrograde direction. All major satellites around planets orbit in a prograde direction. Some smaller stuff (obviously captured minor asteroids) orbit in retrograde direction. One notable exemple is Triton. Most planets have prograde rotations. Venus has a very slow, retrograde spin.
