If you uploaded a video and it won’t play, it may be in a format that is not currently supported. For details on this, please see the FAQ entitled What format should my video be in before I upload it to you? If none of the videos play at all, make sure that your Flash version 8 or later is installed on your computer. To download the most recent version of the Flash player, visit Adobe. If this doesn’t solve the problem, you may need to restart your computer.
