But you cannot edit the video in any way without the express permission of the video owner, as this breaks International copyright laws and you could face prosecution. Even if you do get permission, I would ask the video owner for the original video in AVI video format, as you cannot edit FLV video without converting it first, and that always results in very poor video quality.
