Video or audio is jerky or slow. Whats wrong?
Your Internet connection may not be fast enough to display high quality streaming video. Try to limit other activity (such as downloads and file sharing programs) on your Internet connection. Close other programs on your computer that you don’t need. If the problem persists and you’re sure your Internet connection is fast enough, reboot your computer. Press the ‘Hide Video’ button on the interface. Video will be hidden in order to accommodate higher quality audio.
