The most common reason for the non streaming of WMV videos is the out-dated browser or Windows Media Player software. We recommend upgrading to the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer (Download) and the recent make of Microsoft Media Player for the best playback performance. It is also possible that non-Windows Media Player software is set as the default program to handle videos for your browser. To set the defaults back to the WMP, please follow the directions either for Internet Explorer or Firefox. If all else fails, Re-Installing Windows Media Player fixes most default setting issues. Rarely, high browser security settings are also responsible for inability to stream videos. Please double check that your browser’s security level is set to moderate, and not high.
