VHS to DVD 3.0 Deluxe] Why does my video drop frames while recording in VHS to DVD?
Also make sure to have your USB 2.0 capture device connected directly to your computer and not through a USB hub. VHS to DVD is dependent on video codec for proper video recording and playback. Please verify you have latest video codec that comes with Windows XP and Windows Media Player. Depending on your computers CPU speed, lowering the quality settings and/or adjusting the resolution settings in the Advanced mode can also help to prevent dropped frames.
