VHS to DVD 3.0 Deluxe] My video looks pink and green, what is wrong?
This indicates a possible USB problem. Please follow the steps below to correctly identify the USB version installed on your computer: • Click the Start button and select ‘Run’ • Type devmgmt.msc and click OK • Click on the “+” next to Universal Serial Bus controllers • Look to see if any of the controllers listed include the word “Enhanced” or “2.0”. If you do not see the word “Enhanced” or “2.0” listed, this would indicate that your computer does not have USB 2.0. VHS to DVD requires USB 2.0 for proper video transfer. To correct this issue a USB 2.0 PCI card will need to be installed in your computer. If you do see “Enhanced” or “2.0”, please make sure you have your USB 2.0 capture device connected directly to your computer and not through a USB hub.
