VHFLOG does not open under Vista OS, instead `The requested operation requires elevation` message is displayed. Why?
You may need to right-click the executable and select “Run as Administrator” explicitly. Even though your account is an administrator, by default Windows Vista UAC will not run some programs under the administrator account for security. Read more about UAC.
