if it is DEFINITELY ALL water then they will reduce it but they take days to work as the water has to drain out of the tissues into the blood stream and then get filtered out into your bladder.massage can help shift it too.please dont be tempted to try and take and take more diuretics then is suggested as this can have severe affects on your body and still wont reduce the bloating, as i said it has to drain away.
