I honestly don’t think there is a way to fix it. My friend has singular and we always have problems with sending texts to each other. You just have to wait and if you don’t get reply send the message again. Sorry I’m not much help.

If you are looking at your sent messages and there is an arrow and doesn’t turn into a check then the person you sent it to doesn’t have Verizon.. either that or the message never actually sent.. if they respond then they aren’t Verizon..
