The easiest way is to contact your assigned customer service center (CSC). For those with NYS Thruway E-ZPass accounts, the CSC toll free number is 1-800-333-8655. This CSC does not service Peace Bridge E-ZPass accounts, only the NYS Thruway E-ZPass accounts.
