Verify Contacts” and the other RelationshipSecure buttons have disappeared. How do I get them back?
There are a few possibilities as to how the RelationshipSecure toolbar may have disappeared: 1. Go up to the “View” menu in Outlook, and select “Toolbars”. If “RelationshipSecure” is in the list but it’s not checked, click it. The toolbar should come back. 2. If you uninstalled RelationshipSecure, the only way to get the toolbar back is to re-install the program. Please see the FAQ question about reinstallation, here. 3. You can check to see if the RelationshipSecure add-in has been disabled. Go up to the “Tools” menu in Outlook, click “Options…” then “Other” and then “Advanced Options…”. Next click “COM Add-ins…”. If RelationshipSecure appears in the list but it’s not checked, click in the checkbox to reactivate it. Click OK on this screen and the underlying screens and see if the toolbar comes back. 4. If you did not uninstall the software but “RelationshipSecure” does not appear in the list of COM Add-ins in step 3, above, it could mean the program was somehow unregistered. To
