If you have aging seawalls that have either lawn or concrete poured up against them and you notice them sinking, you have several options If your slab has settled, you probably have years of wear and cracks on the face of the seawall that allows water to wash the soil away as the tides come and go. This has most likely created a large void underneath your walkway or deck. This could result in a collapse and should be addressed immediately! If your lawn show signs of sinking we can inject our slurry underneath the existing grass, gravel or plants and bring them back to level without effecting your landscape, lighting or irrigation.
