Valve testing is getting a lot of attention lately. What are you doing?
Every GC XTREME valve is “Hot Tested” and “Bark Tested”. Our Hot Test uses a high pressure nitrogen source and specially designed equipment to test the valves in the way that you use them. Other suppliers cycle test to find out if the valves they sell will handle air ride pressures, but as a manufacturer we have the ability to go further and simulate true air ride conditions. The bark test is unique: we constantly evaluate our XTREME designs to make sure they are loud — just the way you want your ride to sound. Of course, we test the Comfort Ride to assure quiet operation. Valve testing is important because it helps us provide FAST and LOUD valves.
