Validity period of select lists?
The validity period of select lists prepared in Employment Exchanges is 3 years or till fresh select list come in force. a). select list that is now in force. Select list for the period 2002-2004 is now in force. b) Number of select lists prepared in each Employment Exchange. Select lists are prepared for each posts for which a minimum of 5 vacancies were reported during the previous year. c) Constitution of select list approving committee. Select list approving committee is constituted at 4 levels. 1) District level committee –To approve select list in District employment exchanges. 2) Town level committee. – To approve select list in Town employment exchanges. 3) Professional and executive level committee.- to approve select list Professional and executive employment exchanges.
