Q: Does the V7000 / V9000 support 4×3? A: Yes it does. You can change between 16×9 and 4×3 in the menu or with the remote. Q: I see horizontal lines on the screen when I use my V7000 or V9000. Is it defective? A: The monitor is not defective. In order to fix it you must change the mode to 1 or 2. In order to do that you must go to the setup menu and under the mode option make sure you on mode 1 for 16×9 or mode 2 for 4×3. Q: The breakout cable has stereo AV connectors but the monitor is only mono. What’s the deal? A: The monitor has two video inputs and one audio input. The yellow and red connectors are video and the white connector is audio. Q: The break out cable looks like it has a USB connector. Does the monitor have any USB capabilities? A: No. We only use the USB connector to send the video and audio signals to the monitor. Q: Since the breakout cable uses a USB connector can I use a USB extension cable if I need more length.
