Because Microsoft have omitted previously standard drivers from Windows Vista / Seven, it will not run video clips captured with Windows XP. If this is happening you might have missed our message about drivers when you loaded the Quintic Program. Go to our www.quintic.com Downloads menu and select System Tools and download the missing Codec. It is in a Zip File and you will need to extract it onto say your desktop and run it from there.
