Right click on MSLicensing and select Permissions Select Advanced Highlight Users(Local Computer Name) Select Edit Make certain the permissions are set as below: Right click on Hardware ID and select Permissions Select Advanced Highlight Users(Local Computer Name) and select Edit Make certain the permissions are set as below: Select OK all the way back to the registry key. Right click on Store and select Permissions Select Advanced Highlight Users(Local Computer Name) and select Edit Make certain the permissions are set as below: Save all the way out, close registry editor and you should no longer get the error.
