There is no facility in the Jaws PDF Server for automatically deleting generated PDFs routed to the output folder specified. However, you can specify if or when the PDFs in the Queuer are deleted using the Delete policy options. An alternative to this is to write a post-processing script to move the resulting PDF files to another location.
