Kindly note to get the Express dial service user will always have to contact their Enterprise Contact Person (ECP). ECP will have to contact Reliance account manager and the BES Administrator. Further BES Administrator will have to provide Reliance with the list of Blackberry Device PINs and Reliance will provide an installation package for the BES. Using this package, BES Administrator will be able to install the software on user mobile phone.
