Used tank, yes?

The moulding is protective in nature, but isn’t normally relied upon to maintain the integrity of the tank itself. They should be glued together, as the protection they afford round the edges is needed for safety reasons. >I would have liked to fill it up outside but the ground is soft and I’m afraid it would crack.
