US, How to report someone for obtaining a green card falsely through marriage?
Call the ICE Hotline, then follow up in writing with copies of any & all notes, documents, etc, to support the contention that this is a matter of fraud. The ICE website has the hotline number plus all the regional offices so that you can find the nearest office. E.g. if you married a non-citizen and have come to believe that the person only married you for money, green card, etc, write down everything that made you realize you were being defrauded. File for annulment based upon fraud and immigration fraud (be sure you get an attorney on this!). Call ICE & inform them you have filled for annulment alleging fraud, hereby revoke your affidavit of support since you were induced to sign under duress and by fraud, and will send them copies of the legal documents. Get the proper address: mail a copy of the court filing for the petition to annul the marriage (preferably a copy of the filing with the court clerk’s stamp on it showing that it was received by the court), letter detailing spouse’
