Upon registering for a new account, why do some users not receive the activation email to complete the registration process?

0

The user’s email account is most likely treating the message from NCID as spam. To ensure that NCID messages will always be delivered to the user’s Inbox, please ask the user to verify that their email client and email provider are set up to accept messages from ncid.notifications@nc.gov prior to completing self-registration. If the user does not receive the email in their Inbox within a few minutes of registering for the new account, please ask the user to verify that the message was not marked as spam and sent to the Junk Email folder. If this happens, instruct the user to move the message to their Inbox so they can validate the new account.

What is your question?

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
