Upon arrival, the boxes for both the Tower & Table Top units are sometimes damaged from shipping. How about a stronger box?
OMC rigorously tests all packaging to the ISTA shipping test protocol, a very abusive test that drops boxes from two feet on all sides and all corners. In addition, we also perform a shaker test to simulate semi-truck transportation. All units must work properly and not have any cosmetic damage in order to pass this test. If any air units (or any other Oreck products) arrive damaged, please make a claim with the shipping company as soon as possible.
