plug you phone in to the pc or laptop and wait a couple of seconds intill abox opens up and select view folder in windows then close it down and open up face book, go to your profile and select the vidio tab then click the plus or + button in the corner and then click browse computer go to my computer click on the phone and select the file from within the folders and select upload and wait intill it up loaded and complete then go back to home and then back to your profile and watch it.
