Upgrading to v2.x, the tree outline disappears?
From v2.0 on, InnoKB Server introduced the ‘labels and sub labels’ feature for categorizing large numbers of info items in the tree structure, the traditional tree outline in v1.x is not available any more within the new version 2.0. You can create a new tree structure by adding labels and sub lables for categorizing the exising info items. In addition, InnoKB v2.0 changed several attributes in the .XML database file specs. Before upgrading to v2.0, you’d need to create backups for the existing databases created within old versions. Once databases are modified within v2.0, they will be converted into InnoKB 2.0 database file specs which are not fully compatible with v1.x, and there’s no option available at this time to downgrade databases from v2.0 to v1.x.
