There are a couple of options. The main thing with your liquid eyeliner is to not just put in on straight out of the bottle. Make it work for you. I pull out the brush (felt brushes are the best) and wipe it off on a piece of tissue before using and then dab some more on the tip, and then I use a pencil on my lower lid. I use mascara to add volume and to make them pop, not to make them darker. If you have oily skin, use a q-tip to wipe the skin around your eyes to help prevent smudging. My mom has to sit down to put her makeup on, while I stand and do it freehand. You’ll have to experiment and find a way that works for you. Or you can have a slumber party with some of your friends and do makeovers, which is how I learned a lot of my tricks because one of my friends is a cosmetician.
