To show you the difference between DuraCores and other plastic cores, a 20lb impact weight dropped 3 ft onto a competitor’s styrene core effortlessly cracked the core, but the same 20 lb. impact weight dropped from the maximum height of our machine (10′) barely even scuffed our DuraCore . Both cores had the same wall thickness. The results are clear. At more than triple the height, the DuraCore (top) is unharmed while the styrene core (bottom) is cracked and cannot be re-used.
