prior to the sale. The Contract protects our customer from ’empty promises’ and guarantees payment in full to Castle Gate Homes for services rendered. If we ever breached the Contract we risk expensive litigation; and if we are at fault, the cost of that litigation becomes exorbitant… something we can’t afford and certainly would never want to happen. Not to mention the negative PR! Most owner-builders (the majority of our customers) recognize what Castle Gate Homes provides: the panelized home “shell” or frame kit, our Builder Assisted materials and a streamlined lending option, along with the inherent protections to the customer through our contract and an independent third party bank. Our services and panelized home kits allow for an easier (although not easy) path to custom built home ownership at reduced cost.
