Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for coupons not arriving before expiration dates if shipped according to our posted schedule on the home page. What if my Order never arrived?
If your order shipped via a method with tracking capabilities, such as USPS Priority Mail, please contact us and we will be happy to track the shipment for you. For letters shipped via first class mail, unfortunately the USPS has no tracking capabilities and all we can do is report the letter lost. Our experience is that 99.999% of the time, the USPS does a great job and your order should arrived when expected. We have had very few instances where orders were lost due to routing inaccuracies on the USPS end and most delayed orders eventually do turn up. Again, the USPS does not guarantee shipping times for USPS first class or priority mail and so unfortunately neither can we.
