When you make an order, you can agree to accept tickets in the next higher or next lower category, should your preferred tickets not be available. By checking the box ‘I agree to accept an alternative category (next higher or next lower PC)’, you can be allocated a ticket in the next higher or lower category, if your chosen category is sold out. If you are allocated tickets by lottery draw, it can happen that only part of your application is successful. Therefore, you may not receive tickets for all the city series or for all the matches you have applied for.
