A. The Awards do not set the requirements for Certificates of Registration as a Salesperson or Licensing. These requirements are set by the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2000. Therefore, this question is best directed to the Office of Fair Trading (which administers licensing) or the REIQ’s Industry Practice Advisor.
